Crown of the Continent in Glacier National Park
< Prev14 of 17Next >
One gorgeous summer day after a long hard climb up the face of the Garden Wall we sat on the summit and marveled at the breathtaking panorama before us.  In this rare 180 degree photograph, many of the landmarks familiar to those who have visited Glacier Park can be seen.  From the left: Blackfoot and Jackson Glaciers; Logan Pass(with the boardwalk leading from the visitor's center clearly visible on the print); McDonald Creek valley; and on the far right Bishop's Cap and Mount Gould, two of the peaks along the Divide.
