Morning Eagle in Glacier National Park

Many who have visited Glacier National Park will recognize this photo of Morning Eagle, the tour boat that plies the waters of Josephine Lake.  A ride on this boat can cut miles off of the hike to Grinnel Glacier, or simply taking a round-trip ride on the boat presents splendid vistas of the surrounding mountains.  Passengers are frequently treated to sightings of grizzly bears along the lakeshore.  The boat is named after an elder in the Blackfoot nation.
